Return & Refund Policy

At Quirky Crap, we partner with a variety of independent suppliers to bring you thoughtfully curated products that align with our brand’s unique style. Because of this, return eligibility may vary depending on the item.

Return Requests:
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to supplier approval.

Eligibility Guidelines:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Items marked as final sale (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds:
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected (if applicable).

Please Note:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Not all items are eligible for return due to supplier restrictions
